NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the

COMOX VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ("CVCC") will be held at

40 Knots Winery, 2400 Anderton Rd, Comox, BC V9M 4E5

on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at the hour of 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon, for the following purposes:

To receive the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting;

To receive and consider the 2024 financial statements of CVCC;

To receive the operations report;

To elect and install new directors; and

To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
